Qualifications

• Medication administration training/competencies per state guidelines.
• High School Diploma or GED may be required based on working state.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services including medication administration and daily living assistance.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, transfers and mobility.
• Obtain vital signs and report health status changes.
• Follow safety, OSHA/CDC guidelines and SDS procedures.
