Job summary

Originals & Limited is seeking a certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care for residents in our Florida facility, following each resident's care plan and supervision guidance. You will greet residents, assist with daily activities, document care activities, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristband or photo ID.
• Record all entries clearly and accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report suspected breaches.
