Originals & Limited in Fort Walton Beach, FL seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care per each resident's care plan, greet residents, assist with activities of daily living, and report changes to the supervising nurse.

You will maintain confidentiality, document care accurately, follow policies, help with transfers and bed care, support a warm, respectful environment, and coordinate with the nursing team. CPR certification preferred.

Qualificações

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state. CPR Preferred

Responsabilidades

• Identify residents before administering treatments.
• Record entries accurately and maintain flow sheets.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report privacy violations.
• Assist residents with daily functions and personal care.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and transportation when required.
