Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary care and services to residents, assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, hygiene, eating, mobility).
• Maintain professional demeanor with residents and families; report changes to supervisor or Wellness Director.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical condition and cognitive status; conduct room checks and rounds.
• Follow safety rules and infection control procedures; document provision of services on company forms.
