Job summary

Vista Pointe at Green Valley in Green Valley, AZ is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Assistant to provide compassionate, dignity-focused care to residents on all shifts. The role reports to the Wellness Director and works as part of a supportive, family-like team in an on-site setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining safety, and documenting care. The position offers full-time or part-time options and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Be in good physical health and able to lift 40 pounds.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Satisfactory completion of the Resident Assistant skills competency checklist.

Responsibilities

• Provides all necessary care and services to assigned residents.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Maintains professional demeanor when interacting with residents and families.
• Reports any abuse, safety concerns, or changes in condition to supervisor or Wellness Director.
• Documents provision of services on company forms.
