Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret general directives.
• Ability to respond to questions from staff and visitors.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Provide customer service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, incl. bathing and dressing.
• Escort residents to dining and activities.
• Respond to Emergency Call System.
• Report changes to management promptly.
• Deliver meals and assist with service.
• Help with housekeeping and laundry.
• Cross-train in other duties as needed.
• Respect residents' privacy and rights.
