Job summary

Viva Senior Living at Lebanon is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Associate to provide direct care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and communicate changes in condition to the Resident Care Director. You will follow individualized care plans, use proper body mechanics for lifts, maintain dignity and privacy, and adhere to facility policies, infection control, and safety procedures.

Strong English reading/writing skills and a compassionate, team-oriented approach are essential

Qualifications

• Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Maintain the highest standards in caring for residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and communicate changes to the Resident Care Director.
• Assist residents with lifts, moves, and transports using proper body mechanics.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident and family inquiries.
• Follow individualized care plans and support care planning with nursing staff.
• Maintain a homelike environment and adhere to safety and infection control procedures.
