Job summary

Navion Senior Living in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Part-Time Resident Care Team Member to provide personal care and support in our Assisted Living community. Responsibilities include helping residents with daily living activities, preparing them for meals, and supporting dining service.

The role emphasizes compassionate, respectful care, collaboration with the care team, and documentation of any changes in residents’ condition.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and family members

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Prepare residents for meals, snacks and activities.
• Assist in dining room including serving meals and clearing tables.
• Respond to resident emergency call system promptly.
• Observe, document and report changes to Resident Care Coordinator.
• Communicate with residents and families in a polite, professional manner.
• Maintain resident care documentation per state regulations and Navion policies.
• Transport residents when required.
