Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions seeks a Resident Care Aide at Forest Ridge in North Carolina. You will provide hands-on support with daily activities, get to know residents, and help them feel comfortable, supported and at home, while building meaningful relationships.

We offer Full-Time Day and Night shifts; availability for holidays and weekends. The role includes assisting with ADLs, meals, mobility, documenting changes, and communicating with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfer and mobility.
• Observe, document and report changes in residents’ condition to the care team.
• Maintain resident care documentation per State regulations and Navion policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfer).
• Prepare residents for meals and activities; assist in dining room.
• Respond to emergency call system and maintain safety.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to care coordinators.
• Communicate politely with residents and families; document care provided.
