Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a part-time Personal Care Aide at Carolina Reserve of Laurel Park in North Carolina. The role focuses on compassionate, hands-on support for residents, while building meaningful relationships and ensuring a home-like atmosphere.

1st shift opportunities are available with every-other-weekend requirements. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meals, mobility, and transport; responding to emergency calls; documenting changes per policy; and communicating

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Willing to obtain 80-hour personal care training certificate.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Prepare residents for meals and activities; assist in dining room.
• Respond to resident emergency call system and document changes.
• Observe and report changes to Resident Care Coordinator or designee.
• Communicate with residents and family in a polite, professional manner.
• Maintain resident care documentation per State regulations and Navion policies.
