Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities in a part-time capacity. You will help with personal care, grooming, meals, and social interactions in a respectful, compassionate environment.

The role involves monitoring residents’ comfort and wellbeing, documenting tasks, and coordinating with the health care team. Evening and weekend work may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Compassion and empathy are essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily care of residents: personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals and housekeeping.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document shifts and resident records accurately.
• Communicate needs and concerns clearly to Health Care Director for the next shift.
