Job summary

Richland Square Assisted Living in Greensboro, NC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Aides (PCA) or Resident Care Aides (RCA) to provide daily resident care and support with activities of daily living on the 1st shift. This is a full-time opportunity with a collaborative team.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor intake, and work with nurses and physicians. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and CNA certification; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• State CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive working relationship with residents, family members and staff.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents’ information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with daily living activities to ensure residents are well cared for, including turning and ambulating patients and delivering meals.
• Help residents with personal hygiene and daily care tasks.
• Provide adjunct patient care as needed and assist with therapy-related activities.
• Monitor and record food intake and urinary/fecal output for medical staff review.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and nurses as needed.
• Adhere to infection control practices and emergency procedures.
• Demonstrate compassion and a passion for caring for the senior population.
