The Bristal Assisted Living in Lynbrook, NY is seeking a compassionate Resident Service Assistant/Home Health Aide to provide hands-on care to residents with dignity and respect. You will be a friendly, familiar face, assisting with activities of daily living and supporting overall wellbeing in a warm senior living community.

Full-time schedules include one weekend shift per week; English proficiency is required and CNA/HHA certifications are preferred.

Qualificações

• Must have CNA/HHA certification and experience with geriatric care.
• Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.
• Must be able to read and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Support residents' physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being.
• Follow Nurse Shift Supervisor and Director of Wellness instructions.
