Peregrine Senior Living is seeking an energetic Resident Care Aide to assist memory-impaired residents with daily tasks while maintaining dignity and independence. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred or as required by law.
• One year working in a caregiving capacity preferred.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required.

Responsibilities

• Assist memory-impaired residents with bathing, grooming and dressing while maintaining dignity and promoting independence.
• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding residents' rights.
• Maintain and document proper records of care.
• Report changes in residents' condition promptly to supervisor.
• Promote participation in community activities.
