Prismhr Hire is seeking a compassionate and dependable professional to provide high-quality support to residents in a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment. You will assist with daily living activities, promote comfort and dignity, and help create a positive experience for each resident.

The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and committed to delivering person-centered care, with strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.

Formación

• Must provide compassionate care and daily living assistance.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with residents and families.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bath, dress, grooming, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support while maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the team.
• Support mealtime assistance, hydration, and nutritional needs as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Follow care plans, safety procedures, and policies.
• Assist with transfers and mobility as needed.
• Document care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and supervisors to support resident wellbeing.
