Qualifications

• Previous experience in resident care, assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Medication technician certification or equivalent training preferred or required based on location.
• Knowledge of safe medication practices and basic personal care procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and routine care tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Support medication administration according to established policies, procedures, and state regulations.
• Observe residents for changes in condition, behavior, or needs and report concerns promptly to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to care, medications, and resident observations.
