Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Aide in Naples, FL to provide compassionate daily living support for our residents. The role requires patience, teamwork, and a genuine desire to improve residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, nutrition, and social engagement, while ensuring safety and comfort. Certification in caregiving is preferred and a strong commitment to policies is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving certification preferred.
• Experience in senior care is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and safety during activities.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe environment.
• Document care provided and maintain records.
• Assist with medication reminders if applicable.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
