Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to individual care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, document treatments, and report changes to supervisors while maintaining confidentiality.

Work involves room preparation, assisting with mobility, and supporting the care team to ensure residents receive compassionate, safe, and professional care on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or procedures.
• Record all entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, or charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident’s assessment and care plan.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and comfort.
