Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated nurse aide to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident's care plan. You will support residents with daily activities, monitor conditions, and document observations as directed by supervisors.

Responsibilities include accurate identification of residents, following approved abbreviations, and promptly reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, while maintaining a safe, respectful, and clean care environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify residents before procedures using wristband or photo ID.
• Follow authorized abbreviations for recording information.
• Record entries clearly and promptly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plan.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, grooming, and mobility tasks.
• Maintain a warm, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Ensure room readiness and proper personal item handling for residents.
• Follow policies for exposure to blood/body fluids and incident reporting.
