Job summary

Bozeman Health seeks a Resident Care Technician to join our care team in Southwest Montana. You will assist with daily resident care, comfort, mobility, and ADLs, under nursing direction, to promote safety and resident satisfaction.

You will coordinate care with nursing staff, document vital signs, assist with meals and activities, and provide medication assistance under supervision. The role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• ServSafe certification within two months of hire.
• Current Driver’s License and successful completion of driver’s record check if assigned to drive.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for residents with nursing staff.
• Implement the plan of care for residents established under direction of nursing staff.
• Obtain and record vital signs; document I&Os as needed; assist with other resident care duties as requested by nursing.
• Provide medication assistance to residents under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Demonstrate awareness of safety precautions and promote safety during activities, appointments, and meals.
• Assist with setting up dining area and serving meals to residents, families, and guests.
• Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
