Job summary

Bozeman Health is seeking a Resident Care Technician to join Birchwood staff in delivering resident care, promoting comfort, mobility, medication assistance, and ADLs, while supporting resident satisfaction and facility efficiency.

You will coordinate with nursing, implement care plans, monitor vital signs, and assist with meals and activities, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• ServSafe certification within two months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record check if assigned to drive.
• Preferred: High School Diploma; Medication Aide I License or related certification; 1 year in customer service or hospitality for high-end clients; 1 year as caregiver in care facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for residents with nursing staff.
• Implement the plan of care and report observations to nursing.
• Obtain and record vital signs; document I&Os; assist with other care duties.
• Provide medication assistance under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Promote safety and assist residents with activities, appointments and meals.
