• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by charge nurse.
• Walk with ambulatory residents or push in a wheelchair; assist with personal care.
• Assist with grooming, meals, and hygiene tasks.
• Answer call lights promptly and fulfill reasonable requests from residents.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and residents' rooms; observe and report changes.
• Promote positive relations with residents, family members and guests.
• Perform clerical functions and assist with activities as needed.
