Job summary

Pruitthealth Corporation is seeking a Universal Worker to support residents with daily care needs in a Georgia facility. The role involves assisting with mobility, hygiene, meals, activities, and routine tasks while maintaining safety and comfort for residents.

You will follow care plans, monitor condition changes, and communicate with the care team. CPR certification is required, and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of some high school or equivalent courses.
• Active and unexpired CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists with all of the care needs a resident might require including toileting, ambulation, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, escorting, and transferring.
• Understands the resident alert status and reports any changes immediately.
• Follows the resident’s interim service plan as care needs change.
• Notifies Resident Care Coordinator/Administrator/HSD of resident changes of condition.
• Assists in the dining room during meal times and helps with setup, serving, and clean up.
• Helps residents attend scheduled activities and escorts them as needed.
• Takes the resident to scheduled appointments and assists with cares.
• Cares for incontinent supplies and maintains cleanliness of the resident’s environment.

Education
