Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with toileting, ambulation, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Reports changes in condition to care team promptly.
• Assists in dining and meal service; helps with feeding and cleanup.
• Helps residents get to scheduled activities and appointments.
• Performs housekeeping duties and keeps resident apartments clean.
• Aids with safety, transfers, and use of equipment as directed.
