Job summary

Pruitthealth Corporation seeks a Universal Worker to provide compassionate, on-site resident care in an Atlanta, GA facility. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor resident conditions, and support dining and activity needs while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

On-the-job training is provided; CPR certification is required, and prior CNA experience is preferred but not mandatory. Join a team focused on dignity and well-being for every resident.

Qualifications

• Completion of some high school or equivalent courses.
• None, on-the-job training provided.
• Active and unexpired CPR certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant preferred. A familiarity with elderly population and willingness to work with them preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with all of the care needs a resident might require including toileting, ambulation, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, escorting, and transferring.
• Notifies Resident Care Coordinator/Administrator/HSD of resident changes of condition.
• Assists in the dining room during meals and helps with activities and getting residents to appointments.
• Washes, dries, folds and returns laundry; handles housekeeping duties and maintains cleanliness of the resident's apartment.
