Primrose Retirement Communities is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to provide quality care and meaningful connections for residents. You will support daily living activities, encourage independence, and help create a positive living environment that centers on residents’ well-being.

We offer competitive pay, PTO, a 401(k) plan, company-paid life insurance, EAP, and early access to earned wages. Weekend and holiday rotations may be required.

Formación

• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Assisted living or long-term care experience preferred
• Ability to work weekend and holiday rotations
• Basic computer skills

• Support residents with daily living activities and encourage independence
