Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a Resident Assistant in Saint Peter, MN to support residents with daily living activities, observe and document care, and assist with onboarding of new associates. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support and help maintain a safe, engaging living environment.

Candidates must complete medication administration training, be 18+ to operate lift equipment, communicate clearly in English, and hold a BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
