Job summary

Alto Evergreen Walk in South Windsor, CT seeks compassionate Resident Assistant/CNA to provide hands-on care and companionship to residents in assisted living and memory care settings. The role supports daily living activities, dining, and social engagement under supervision of licensed staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or service environment preferred.
• Must have CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Must meet state certification and licensure requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass background/health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support dining and daily routines; observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Respond to emergency call systems and requests for assistance.
• Maintain required care documentation and communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
