Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with compassionate daily nursing care and services.
• Attend scheduled trainings to obtain Nursing Assistant certification.
• Assist residents with daily hygiene and care tasks.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food; record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
