Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate daily nursing care and services to assigned residents under the direction of supervisors.

You will participate in trainings to obtain Nursing Assistant certification, assist with meals, hygiene, and mobility, and help residents maintain dignity and comfort. This role supports a team-oriented culture where care plans guide interactions and offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education; HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and services.
• Attend and participate in scheduled trainings to obtain CNA certification.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions.
• Prepare residents for meals, serve food, and record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
