Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year experience in customer service, healthcare or social services.
• Preferred: Medical Assistant or CNA/EMT certification or accredited MA program.

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in patients, collects medical history and vital signs.
• Provides education on birth control, STIs and pregnancy options.
• Maintains patient charts and ensures supplies are stocked.
• Assists with lab tests, injections, and specimen handling.
• Supports clinic with front-office duties and follow-up communications.
