Job summary

Pavilion of Ottawa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care and oversight for residents. The role involves assessing, implementing, and evaluating care plans while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed care to assigned residents.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Direct day-to-day certified nursing assistant services.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
• Ensure safety by addressing potential hazards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task and remain calm under stress

Understanding of infection control standards

Basic computer knowledge

Education

Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited College or University

Current CPR Certification
