Job summary

Villa at Pine Place is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. The RN assumes responsibility for a group of residents or a shift, delivering care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, charting care, supervising CNAs, and ensuring safety and compliance with standards. A nursing degree and active RN license, plus CPR certification, are required or preferred, with LTC experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited program.
• CPR certification required.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care as ordered by physician and per regulations.
• Document reports and care plans during and after shifts.
• Maintain clean, safe care environments and equipment.
• Supervise and direct daily CNA activities.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Record nursing notes and patient responses accurately.
• Communicate patient needs and changes to the care team.
• Admit, transfer, or discharge residents to meet needs.
