Qualifications

• Certification as Registered Nurse (RN) is required.

Responsibilities

• Enhance clinical care and residents' quality of life.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
• Check residents daily for proper treatment administration and status.
• Keep RN Supervisor informed on status.
• Implement changes directed by supervisor or Director of Nurses.
• Provide professional nursing services per policies.
• Complete and file all RN required records.
• Give and receive nursing reports at shift handover.
• Investigate complaints and document reports.
• Present a professional image to residents and families.
• Adhere to policies and standards.
