Job summary

Recover-Care Heartland is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents. You will work within a supportive team that includes a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, and Director of Nursing, ensuring medication administration and care plans are followed.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, adherence to shift schedules, and collaboration with supervisors to continuously improve resident quality of life.

Qualifications

• LPN license/certification in good standing.
• Demonstrated caring and compassionate patient care demeanor.
• Ability to mentor and lead teammates.
• Reliable to work assigned shifts and follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per policies and procedures.
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' status and respond to changes.
• Communicate with RN supervisor and Director of Nursing about residents.
