Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living at Cedar Bluff is seeking a Registered Medication Associate to provide high-quality medication management and resident care, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Shifts are 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am with rotating weekends. Pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, and full benefits accompany eligible associates. Candidates must be certified as a Resident Care Associate and committed to our Noble purpose and compassionate, resident-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Certification as Resident Care Associate is required.
• Continuing education credits must be maintained as required by state.
• Knowledge of safe medication administration techniques with competency evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and safe delivery of the Medication Management Program.
• Administer and record medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Document changes, observations, and medication updates in resident records.
• Maintain safe handling of controlled substances and inventory.
• Provide patient-centered communication with residents, families, and staff.
