Job summary

Intellistars ABA in McDonough, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with developmental disabilities. You will collect data and maintain records to track progress and support treatment goals.

Responsibilities include educating families, collaborating with a care team, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid RBT certification required.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
