Intellistars ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA in Grayson, GA. The position offers an hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package with a flexible schedule.

The RBT will implement behavior intervention plans, collect progress data, educate families, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while collaborating with the care team to deliver high-quality therapy services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid RBT certification.
• Experience supporting children with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including some weekends.

Responsabilités

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Educate families about behavioral strategies.
