Job summary

Intellistars ABA in Soperton, GA seeks an organized Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on children with developmental disabilities, data collection, and caregiver education.

The position offers an hourly pay range of $25.00 to $30.00, with a schedule Monday through Friday and weekends as needed. Reliable commute to Soperton and commitment to HIPAA-compliant documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid RBT certification is required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding confidentiality and documentation.
• Strong data collection skills to monitor client progress.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Educate clients and families about behavioral strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care.
• Provide support during therapy sessions and ensure a safe environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.
