Job summary

Intellistars ABA in McDonough, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and HIPAA.
• Experience with individuals, especially children, with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Assist in developing individualized care plans.
• Educate clients and families about behavioral strategies.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client’s care.
• Provide support during therapy sessions and maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.
