Job summary

Heartland ABA in Chillicothe, OH is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in achieving individual goals through evidence-based ABA.

You will provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community sites, collaborate with a clinical team, collect data, and help families implement skill-building plans. Part-time roles begin with paid training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
• Part-time positions with a 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities
