Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement evidence-based ABA therapy under a BCBA's supervision, focusing on improving social, communication, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates have experience with autism, familiarity with ABA methods, and the ability to engage children and families.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with individuals on the autism spectrum or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Work with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
