Job summary
Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team providing ABA therapy to children with autism. This part-time role focuses on delivering individualized therapy under BCBA supervision in home settings.
The ideal candidate has BACB RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential as you work closely with families
Qualifications
- BACB-certified RBT in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy plans in home-based settings under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record behavioral data to track progress
- Assist in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and other therapists
- Maintain accurate records of sessions and progress
- Provide family support to promote consistency and generalization of learned behaviors
