Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking passionate RBTs to support children with Autism in home or community settings. Join a collaborative clinical team delivering evidence-based ABA services and consistent progress for clients.

No two days will be the same as you implement skill-building plans, collect accurate data, and communicate with families to maximize outcomes. Training is provided, and part-time opportunities are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
