Job summary

Accurate ABA in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support ABA programs under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will help implement interventions designed to improve communication, social skills, and daily living tasks for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The position offers flexible afternoon and evening hours, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, CEUs, a 401k,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RBT certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or related needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA to address target behaviors and skill deficits.
• Apply behavior reduction procedures to decrease challenging behaviors and promote positive change.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers, teachers, and other professionals as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions with the BCBA to review client progress and refine strategies.
