Job summary

Accurate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Maryland area. The RBT will implement ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA to help individuals with developmental disabilities and other needs achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RBT certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA to address target behaviors and skill deficits.
• Implement behavior reduction procedures and strategies to decrease challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior change.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions with the BCBA to review client progress, discuss treatment strategies, and receive feedback.
