Job summary

Brighter Gems ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (RBT) with paid training provided. No prior RBT certification is required as we provide full paid training and ongoing supervision.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic, in-home, and community settings. You will follow treatment plans from your supervising BCBA, help children improve communication and daily living skills, record data, and collaborate with parents and team members.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation required.

Brighter Gems ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Baltimore, MD. If you enjoy working with children and want a meaningful career in ABA therapy, this is a great place to start. We provide full paid RBT training and ongoing support, so no prior certification or ABA experience is required.

Pay and Benefits

• $23.00 to $29.00 per hour, based on experience

About Brighter Gems ABA

Brighter Gems ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and RBTs work together to deliver individualized, evidence-based care that helps every child reach their fullest potential.
