Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based interventions, collect data, and assist in assessments under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes patient care, collaboration with families and professionals, and ongoing professional development in behavioral health and special education. In-person, full-time/part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques and behavioral therapy.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes to gather information.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals for holistic care.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development.
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
