The Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) at Trilogy Health Services, LLC administers prescribed medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse and per state rules. The role also supports residents with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Certified as QMA or CMA by the state.
• Maintain a CNA certification in good standing.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor.
