Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Petersburg, IN is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to assist with administering prescribed medications and support residents with daily living activities in a long-term care setting.

You will work under supervision of a licensed nurse, follow the five rights of medication administration, and contribute to resident care in a compassionate, patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Certified as a QMA or CMA by the state.
• Maintain a CNA Certification in good standing with the state.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration within the scope of your role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per company policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
